The first thing that we noticed with this battery charger is the strong and sturdy build. This means it is durable and can last a long time. We also liked the easy to carry handle. The 6 Amps allows it to charge a car battery quite quickly.
However, while charging one of our car batteries we noticed that the charger got quite warm which is not something that we liked as it is indicative of its inability to sustain long periods of charging.
Another thing is that the meter shows voltage and not amps. We thought that it could have been easier if it read amps.
Similar to the Marko Auto Accessories 6 AMP Heavy Duty Battery Charger, we liked that the Sakura also comes with a 6 Amps capacity. We also liked the design. it comes with a handle that makes transporting the battery charger quite easy and efficient. We also found that it was simple to use.
However, the light indicators have a tendency to not work properly. We also didn’t like the fact that the Sakura doesn’t come with a meter.

This car battery charger gives you the option of choosing between 12V and 24V charge for faster charging which is something that we particularly liked. We also found that it offers security measures against overcharging as well as reverse polarity. It also managed to charge a flat battery in a few hours.
