Ron LeGrand is very similar to Carlton Sheets in the way that he teaches a no money down real estate technique designed to make you a solid income. Real Estate guru, Ron LeGrand has three books he sells for around $600 each. LeGrand makes a special deal to his customers that if you buy two of his books, you get the third one free. Obviously this saves you around $600.
But the big question is this: “Are his books really worth $600 each?”
I bought Carleton Sheets course and after months of trying it out, I came to the conclusion that it was very weak. Why did I feel this way?
