Dr. Maxwell Maltz is the author of the book Psycho-Cybernetics, a self-improvement book which includes several subliminal tapes to reprogram yourself for success. Like all other subliminal tape courses there is no scientific evidence I’ve ever seen that shows these are effective. In fact I’ve tried some in the past and got no benefit whatsoever from them.
