Before Stuart Tan delved into Internet marketing, he is best known for his contributions in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in different fields. In 1997, he received his license in NLP from none other than the founder Dr. Richard Bandler and is considered as the youngest licensed NLP trainer from Asia. In 2004, he continued further in studying NLP under Robert Dilts of NLP University and became NLP Training Consultant. As the developer of Coaching Methodology, Solution Synthesis, he regularly travels around Asia to organize corporate presentations and seminars on modeling, Systems Thinking, Learning Organization and other managerial enhancement approaches. He already taught high-profile companies such as Motorola, Prudential, ReaStar Property etc. He helps many to reach their goals and coaches companies and businesses to reach their objectives.

Together with Adam Khoo who is also a self-made millionaire at age 26, they developed the “Pattern of Excellence”.
