Often times we are so busy selling our own products and services that we forget about another important area that can helps spread the word about our goods. Yes, you could let others resell your products and services. There is a huge market just in the reselling market. Yah, there’s literally hundreds of thousands of people that don’t want to create their own products or services. They want to simply sell an existing product or service because they don’t have the desire or energy to make their own. There’s a huge fleet or heard of internet marketers that are constantly looking for a new reseller opportunity.
And this really can end up being a whole separate method of advertising for you. Because when you have resellers that means each of them are placing ads to sell your products. That means you are reaching places and audiences that would have never seen your product otherwise. I love having resellers! My resellers are all from different parts of the world which is even better because they end up getting their website listed in places like Yahoo Asia, Yahoo Australia, Yahoo Germany, Yahoo Mexico, Yahoo Canada, India, Spain, Taiwan, France, Denmark, Hong Kong, Sweden, Brazil, Japan, Argentina, Norway, the UK, Ireland, Russia, etc. Are you starting to smell all the international reseller opportunities that exist?
I think you get the point. And the point is there is no way I could reach all those different countries without the amazing help of all my resellers. My resellers tell the world about my products and services! My resellers made me look like a giant even when I was just a little beginner working out of my house.
The other benefit I get from having resellers that live in each of the countries listed above is the fact that these people speak the language of their country. So they can advertise in their own native language to their own native people. There is no way I could ever communicate with even 1/16th of the different countries and cultures that exist on this planet.
I usually set up a profit split of 50/50 with my resellers. I like to split things fifty-fifty because it always seems the most fair to all parties involved. Plus that gives them an opportunity to really make some serious money.
So not only do I get the great advantage of all their foreign advertising going out on my behalf, but I also get paid 50% of all the profits from all those resellers. And that adds up fast! Often times my customers and potential resellers will ask me this question: “Why do you want to have resellers when you could keep all the money for yourself if you didn’t have resellers?”
People always ask me that and I don’t understand how they could possibly think I’d do better as one little person all by myself. It’s like comparing fighting a war as one man versus fighting the same war with a whole army on your side. I don’t understand why people would think it’s easier to get rich quick all by yourself. You could become wealthy all by yourself, but it’s much faster and easier if you have hundreds of people helping you spread the name of your product or service. yes, give them the opportunity and they will come.
And I’m no dummy! I know that some of the customers my resellers bring me will end up ordering every other product and service that I offer. And these customers that my resellers bring me may end up being customers for the rest of my business life.
But the main thing that I love about having resellers is how they help me become a familiar name. One of the best forms of publicity is having hundreds of different people listing your name, your products names, or services on their website. Soon you become a well known name in your market and people recognize the names of your products. When this starts to happen, things start to grow even bigger and your business begins multiplying like you never even expected. This is when your business is truly viral and spreads all by itself with no more effort on your part. I have reached this point and that is why I wrote this course.
My own resellers that know me and have personally witnessed my use of the techniques in this course, played a big role in the creation of this course. Also when you have resellers, some of them will link to your actual websites to reference one of your products or services and this gives you better search engine rankings. Remember how search engines like your website more when there are other sites linking to it? Well, once again, here is another case where your website becomes more valuable to search engines because they can see it’s popularity levels growing. Your resellers will do this without even realizing they are making you more popular. Bottom line: Always offer a reseller opportunity.
