Leigh Robinson sells specialty software for landlords, including Forms on disk and Pushbutton landlording software to automate the income side of property management. He also makes available something called Eviction Forms Creator, which makes up the various forms you need to evict a tenant legally through the California courts.

So if you haven’t guessed it yet, Leigh Robinson’s main focus is on making money from being a landlord. He’s the author of several books, including “Landlording”, “What’s a Landlord to Do?” and “The Eviction Book for California – A Handymanual for Scrupulous Landlords and Landladies Who Do Their Own Evictions”.

Leigh Robinson is uses his books to push his other products which can get on a readers’ nerves at times. And a small portion of his information on landlord computing is a little outdated. But other than that, he does seem to know what he’s talking about.

If you want to be a hand’s on landlord, doing all the dirty work yourself, Leigh Robinson’s books and other products contain a lot of useful stuff.But I must say this: No matter how I try, I can’t imaging that turning people out of their homes is ever going to be painless, no matter how many tips Leigh Robinson gives me.
