But if the clock is ticking towards the auction date, what solution do you have for keeping the home owner's credit in tact and have them come away with money in their pocket after their house is auctioned off? If you can make that happen i surely would like to invest some time. The real estate agent (if listed) has but one solution. to sell the property. If he doesn't sell by auction date, he and the home owner are left with nothing. A lose lose situation. I for one respect your opinion.
