I have been a leader in the health and fitness industry for 26 years. We promote adult and children's fitness, operate a Fitness Center, a non-profit called Kids Fitness Revolution to help fight childhood obesity and related illnesses, and we distribute fitness equipment. For 26 years, my company has successfuly marketed fitness equipment. Approximately 8 years ago, we were approached by a marketing company who was impressed with our marketing techniques and asked us to create a business opportunity to teach others how to market products. This was outside of our realm, but it seemed interesting so we decided to give it a shot. Our marketing strategies are 100% effective and legitimate. One of the companies that was part of this program, went out of business back in approximately 2003 and that is when I decided we did not want to be a part of the business opportunity world any longer. You are making defamatory statements about us that are not accurate. We respectfully request you remove this negative posting online which is disparaging my reputation. We have absolutely no involvement in your industry and have not for many years so I trust you will cooperate with this request.
