Jeffrey Taylor is the CEO of Mr. Landlord, Inc., a national property management consulting firm which coaches landlords on being more effective. He speaks to real estate associations across the United States and has conducted over a thousand seminars. He has also written various home study courses including an audio tape course called “Mr. Landlord – 100 proven ways for positive results and CD training courses on subjects like “The Most Costly Mistakes by Landlords” and “How to make money with College Rentals”. He also has videos on “Rehabbing Homes for Resale”.

Taylor refers to himself as “Mr. Landlord”. A Virginia rental property owner and author of the book “The Landlord’s Kit”, Taylor has been renting out properties for over twenty years, and has worked as a real estate agent and for a property management company as well.

Jeff Taylor gives sound advice in an easy to read style at a fairly reasonable price. Jeff is a genuine guy, who believes in the principle that you can make money from renting out real estate if you take the trouble to know your business inside and out.

Taylor’s company also has a website and a publishing division which produces the Mr. Landlord newsletter. For the past four years, he has also been running the “Annual Mr. Landlord Convention” and charging about two hundred bucks to get in.

As you may already know, being a landlord can be a difficult, costly and frustrating way to earn a living. I’m sure Jeffrey Taylor would be the first to admit this.
