Civil Action No.: 07-23-P-H
Jan Gaudina was successfully sued for infringing many copyrighted works and the trademark of Bill Vaughn, and the court awarded Bill Vaughn a large award. Gaudina never paid a dime. Letters from Gaudina to Bill’s attorney state his grand claims of wealth are bogus, and he lives in virtual poverty.
Bill Vaughn had an agreement with Jan Gaudina and AmeraDream Corporation with regard to a settlement they had made in 2008. That neither party was to disclose the terms of the settlement. Bill Vaughn has broken that agreement.
Bill Vaughn accused Jan of using the copyrighted works of his and selling them as his own? He claimed I sold many thousands of copies at a minimum of $299 per copy (even though IntelliBiz, (Bill Vaughn) offered it at under $100 for the main course).
This is an out right lie. The facts are that I bought his course and liked some of the software and articles he had. He did not sell the software or the articles as they came free with his course.
I wrote his company sometime in 2002 and asked if they would mind if I could offer his articles free of charge with my real estate course. I also wanted to include a piece of his software free of charge. I never made a penny from giving away free with ny course on his works. In fact I gave Bill Vaughn full credit for the material that was his. I may have given away a few hundred while at the same time giving him full credit for his stuff but not thousands as he claims.
In addition I had a link on my web site linking to his site in case people wanted to see what he was selling. I had never received any money from Bill Vaughn on sales made my anyone that may have purchased his course through my link.
One thing to point out was he did not win the lawsuit. It was settled out of court and acording to the agreement neither party was to disclose the terms of the settlement. Bill Vaughn has broken that agreement. In addition I plan on filing a lawsuit of my own for lible.
If you go to http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/-intellibiz-.aspx you will find several complaints against Bill Vaughn and Intellibiz.

Gaudina is not being honest – a settlement was OFFERED, and Gaudina agreed to it because the court found him guilty of 14 counts of infringing and selling Vaughn’s works, but Gaudine never paid a dime he agreed to. PROMISING to settle is NOT settling. In the court proceedings, Gaudina also proved to the court that he was not wealthy, and was actually broke. Since he advertises wealth on his website, I believe that makes him a fraud.
