The company did. But also If you are very polite to me on the phone i would be more than happy to refund your money. But if you call in with an attitude, trust me you will not get your money back no matter how you threaten or yell at us. So when you call in for a refund make sure you dont have a "irate" attitude. We'll just hang up on you and then you'll have to wait another 50 mins to be hanged up on again. Also please do remember when you call the customer service, they didn’t scam you. The company did.
