David Lindahl got started as a landscaper with no construction experience. David is someone very heavily involved with real estate, specializing in apartment investing. Some of the courses offered by David Lindahl are Apartment House Riches, Apartment House Riches Bootcamp, How to Estimate and Renovate Houses for Huge Profits and Real Estate Investors Marketing Toolkit.

David Lindahl’s RE Mentor website claims that you can earn $10,000 a month part time, buying, renovating and renting apartment units.

Of note, some people attending his Apartment House Riches Boot camp, felt that there were too many other “gurus” there touting their own opportunities and not enough of his information. Also the information seemed to be put together in a sloppy fashion and with not enough topical information. However, his teaching style is very much appreciated and the information he brings seems to be useful.

I feel that David Lindahl has a good concept and the opportunity is there, but perhaps some caution should be used when attending his training seminars to make sure you are getting the information you are looking for. I’m going to give a thumbs up to “Apartment House Riches.”
