Click Bank is a company which is supposed to help people accept credit card payments online. ClickBank claims to have a 10,000 item catalog from which a purchase can be made, you may sell your own products at ClickBank or earn money as a ClickBank affiliate or reseller.

I found in my research a lot of people were frustrated by the fact that there will be glitches that prevent and credit card transaction from going through which will annoy a customer into leaving without making a purchase and due to the bad experience will not return. There were also complaints about the fact that some of the merchants participating in ClickBank are simply using it as a free advertising service and then preventing the affiliates from making their commission by allowing other payment methods, for example PayPal or checks. One individual even claimed that she has not gotten her paycheck, when she asked ClickBank why, she was informed that she had signed a contract to get paid only when sales come in from 3-4 different countries.

I think that it is very important for any business person to be able to accept credit card payments over the internet. People today are looking for the convenience of shopping from home and the further convenience of using a credit card. However, I feel there are some issues with click Bank and one should keep an eye on what is happening.

But with that said, I do still recommend click bank if for no other reason than the fact they’re the single largest affiliate network on the internet. I mentioned one negative case above, but there are countless business people I know that swear by click bank. I think click bank had some problems in the past but it looks like they’re now on the right track and growing in credibilty and name with each passing day.
