Wes-State Mortgage (buyanote.com) is a place that sells a course on how to do note brokering. Their $149 course on how to do it seems complete and they offer a 90 day refund policy on it. One red flag is that they offer as part of the package access to a national database of note holders. (more…)
Wade Cook

Wade Cook once gave real estate seminars but later shifted into stock market seminars when things dried up for him. So not only is Cook slightly crooked in my opinion, but he’s lacking the “Real Life Experience” needed to teach others. I just think a teacher needs more success stories than this guy has under his belt. (more…)
Vitamin Power

Vitamin Power is a distributor for vitamins and supplements. The site looks a little mysterious to me since they don’t accept orders direct. You have to email them to get a dealer who will sell them. Also they don’t have any dealer information on how to become one. To me this makes the vitamin power web site one of the worst from a marketing standpoint I’ve ever seen. (more…)
