All of them retail at about $20, and most people who’ve read them reckon they’re good value for money, especially for beginners.

Bill Bronchick is speaker and author, who claims do have done over 700 real estate deals since he started practicing law and real estate in 1990. Bronchick is the CEO of his Legalwiz Publications, and main stockholder in his Bronchick Consulting Group. Bill is the co-founder and president of the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors. His voice and face are familiar from his various radio and television talk show appearances, including CNBC Power Lunch.

Bill Bronchick has also packaged his expertise into home study courses, that cost around $400 to $500. They cover subjects like “Asset Protection”, “Lease/Options”, “Flipping Properties” and “Land Trusts”. He also offers a mentoring program.

Bill Bronchick appears to be “a straight-up guy”. He’s certainly one of the more honest Joe millionaires in this business, but not everyone is totally happy with Mr. Bronchick. Some of his past customers have made comments that the videos aren’t the greatest quality. I’ve also heard when you call the office these guys really turn on the pressure tactics to sell the mentoring program. He’s also been accused of sending out heaps of junk e-mail to people that join up in his real estate club. All in all, I still think Bronchick is worth checking out.
