There are some International lotteries, from which people from many countries, typically Europe, can enter. I couldn’t find any of the traditional, legitimate international lotteries doing business on the Internet however.
This is mainly because lotteries don’t accept credit cards for tickets, as credit card fraud would be sky high. (more…)
