Advantage Conferences sued the Dallas Better Business Bureau and lost in Summary Judgment. 98% of the reps in that pyramid scheme lost their money. Many are out thousands and thousands of dollars.
Advantage Conferences owner, Tim Darnell, sued me personally and lost in Summary Judgment. Darnell and his scammer-in-chief, Jack Weinzierl, made false allegations of me stalking them and sending death threats. Those vicious lies were all litigated in my favor.
Scammer Jack Weinzierl the top earner in this scam declared chapter 7 bankruptcy in August 2008. Advantage Conferences imploded into bankruptcy in December 2009.
Darnell’s brilliant business strategies also included tax evasion. He refused to pay taxes from 1999-2005. He sent in Affidavits instead of returns. While he was running Advantage Conferences and mentoring others on business and financial matters he was a nutbag tax protester. He had a tax lien for 2005 filed against him in January 2011 for $97,265.17. He is also once again delinquent on his property taxes.
